Tax Exempt Purchasing

If you are tax-exempt please fax your tax-exempt certificate to (512) 388-9791 after you have placed your order and the tax will be refunded. Please be sure to include your order number on the tax-exempt certificate.

Shipping Info

Your order is processed promptly and shipped within 24 hours from items in-stock at one of our many warehouses. We ship most orders the same business day if they are paid before 2:00 P.M. in your time zone. See full shipping details here.

Order Tracking

If your item is shipped UPS, you will receive a tracking number so that you may track it at UPS.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days.
