Who is eligible for FREE Shipping?

FREE ground shipping applies to most orders over $49.00.

FREE ground shipping applies when all items are delivered by common carrier such as UPS.

It does NOT apply for large items that must be shipped via truck/freight.

It applies to customer deliveries in the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Why do I not see an option for Free Ground Shipping?

If you do not see an option for FREE shipping, it likely means you are ordering an item that is excluded from the promotion. Some items are simply too large to ship via UPS-style shipping methods, and must be delivered via freight/truck.

Items that may ONLY be shipped via freight/truck contain "-O/S" in the part number to designate that they are "Oversize". If your order contains an O/S (Oversize) item, your entire order must ship via freight/truck.

Are there any products that are restricted?

Because of the size, weight, or "dimensional weight" of certain products, FREE shipping may not apply to all items. Any items that are exceptions to the FREE ground shipping promotion will be indicated accordingly in the Shipping tab of that product's details page. Exceptions will also be noted in the main product details section.

What shipping method is used for free ground shipping?

The Ground shipping method is chosen at our discretion, but we typically ship via UPS. For stock inventory items, your order typically ships the same business day if placed before 2:00 P.M. in your time zone, Monday through Friday. We will email an order confirmation and shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Will this promotion run indefinitely?

We will evaluate the timing of the promotion as the deadline approaches, and communicate any changes at that point. Please sign up for our email list if you'd like to be alerted to the changes in the shipping promotion.

Why aren't you offering free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?

While we try to make shopping with us a very cost effective experience, the costs to ship outside the lower 48 is very expensive. At this time we do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO or FPO addresses or international.
