Shipping Rates

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 on all regular sized items. For all oversized items (look for "-O/S" in the part number to determine whether an item is oversized), the flat rate is $69.00 per order.

If your order contains both regular sized and O/S (Oversized) items, your entire order will be shipped together via freight/truck and you will be charged the oversized rate of $69.00.

Processing and Shipping Your Order

Your order is processed promptly and shipped within 24 hours from items in-stock at one of our many warehouses. We ship most orders the same business day if they are paid before 3:00 P.M. in your time zone. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days. Our shipping process is so great that most of our customers receive their items the next business day after placing their order.

Expected Delivery Date

With distribution centers all over the country, most of our customers receive their items within one business day of placing an order. Our expected delivery dates are calculated based on a number of factors including product availability at a majority of our distribution centers, time of day, and whether an item must be shipped freight. If an order is for a high quantity of one or more items, for an item not available at the nearest distribution center or shipping to a remote location, delivery may take longer than expected. OfficeSaver cannot guarantee any stated delivery date.

Guarantees

Most orders are delivered next day although it is NOT guaranteed. We can guarantee it will be picked up by UPS or common carrier the day of order (when placed by 3pm). Depending on which Distribution Center the items get pulled out of can also affect how quickly the product will get to you, but with warehouses all over the country, we will ship from the one closest to you to ensure a prompt delivery.

Truck Deliveries (Freight)

A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.

Truck shipments are tailgate/dock/curbside delivery only. The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside. Should you need a lift gate to get the item off the truck, additional charges may apply. If so, we will contact you before the order ships.

Inside delivery and/or setup is available for business addresses in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. If you request the driver to deliver inside at time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Contact us for a quote. Be sure to include the item numbers you are inquiring about, your shipping address and if inside delivery will involve stairs. Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices.

Residential delivery may not be available in some areas; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping Information

At this time OfficeSaver does NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO or FPO addresses or international.

U.S. Territories Shipping Information

At this time OfficeSaver does NOT ship to these locations. We also cannot accept orders shipping to freight forwarding companies.
